Most of our attires are customised / tailor-made against customer choice. We make them only after receiving the order from the customer and we do them with utmost love and care. So, we frankly do not have any return/ exchange policy unless.

  • the product is damaged/defective
  • received a wrong order that doesn’t match the specification of the order placed.
  • Note: As all our products are handlooms, small bumps or thread knots or slight variations in the shade/colour from the product displayed in the photo on our website are not considered as defective or damaged.

Returns are considered only if:

  • Proper video is taken while opening the package and the complete video should be in one part and unedited.
  • Return should be initiated within 24 hrs. of receiving your order.
  • Returns should be initiated through email – info@saraga.com

Delivery charges for returns

As returns are accepted only for damaged/defective products, applicable courier charges will be borne by us or if paid by you will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All the orders placed are eligible for cancellation if and only initiated within 24 hours of placement. The full amount will be refunded to the same account within 5-7 days.
